Golf du Bois de Ruminghem is partly situated on plane and woodland area. A new clubhouse/appartments building is allocated to an adjoining strip of grass land. All necessary planning permissions have been granted.
A minor part of land - adjoining the farm house (see legend) - is yet to be allocated and is located to the immediate left of the future Health and Leisure Club (see the article on this website).
